Tarazi
1 c falafel mix
3/4 c water
Sadaf
2 c falafel mix
1 1/4 c cold water
1. Mix mix with water. Allow to stand for 15-20 minutes.
2. Form into small patties or balls of 1-2 inch in diamter.
3. Deep fray balls until golden and crispy. Drain on paper towel and server warm.
